HealthSmart, the plan administrator for your student health insurance plan, offers a smartphone app designed to give you access to your ID Card on your smartphone. Follow the instructions in the link below to download the app and create your account.

  • From your smartphone, visit us online:

  • Press the link to the Apple App store or the Google Play store
  • Search for and download the MyHealth for HealthSmart App
  • Use the self-service tools to create an account, recover your username or password, or unlock your account
