Michele began her healthcare career in the early HMO days, being one of the founding employees for a startup Individual Practice Association HMO in eastern Massachusetts, which provided her the opportunity and experience to propel her career. 10 successful years later, Michele left her position as Regional Sales Manager to pursue an MBA.

Remaining in healthcare, Michele joined Neighborhood Health Plan, an inner-city community health plan primarily serving the Medicaid market as Vice President of Sales and Marketing. She oversaw efforts in group long-term care and workers’ compensation as well as data warehouse management.

As Senior Vice President of Account Management, Michele provides continuing support and services for Gallagher Student Health & Special Risk’s key clients. Michele draws from her vast experiences to develop the company's overall account processes and implementation strategies to achieve the highest level of client satisfaction. Michele trains and mentors the Client Service Team to ensure consistency in the services provided to all clients.

Michele’s career in managed care and healthcare expands over 30 years, with more than 15 years of experience directly involved in student health insurance. Her range of experiences in diverse market segments and clientele allows her to focus her efforts on plan execution and ongoing client management.
