How do I find a listing of covered presciption drugs?

To access the most recent Aetna Prescription Formulary, you can either log into your Aetna Student Health account, or access all formularies online. You will need to know your plan type to choose the correct formulary.


How do I fill my prescription at a pharmacy?

Prescriptions must be filled at an Aetna Pharmacy Management participating pharmacy. Show your ID card when filling a prescription to be charged the applicable co-payments for your prescription drug program.

Is Mail Order Service available?

Medications that are taken for a chronic condition can be filled for up to a 90-day supply using Aetna RX At Home Delivery Pharmacy Mail Service Prescription Drug Program. Mail order presciption drugs are available at 2.5 times the retail copay up to a 90-day supply, up to the pharmacy benefit plan maximum.
